Dog waste cleanup isn't anyone's favorite chore — but for some households it's especially difficult.

If any of the situations below sound familiar, a recurring collection schedule could change your week.

Busy Families

Busy Families

Between work, school, sports, and everything else, the backyard cleanup keeps getting pushed to the weekend — and then the weekend disappears. We put it on a schedule so your yard is always ready for kids, guests, and family time.

COMMON Questions About Residential SERVICES

Here are answers to the questions homeowners ask most before starting service. Don't see yours? Reach out — we're happy to help..

  • Do I need to be home during service?

No — Most customers are at work or out running errands during their service visit. As long as we have access to the service area, we can handle everything. We will even notify you before and after services, so you always know when your yard has been serviced.

  • How do you access the backyard?

Most customers provide gate access through an unlocked side gate, a code, or combination lock. We will ask for your gate access details when you sign up. You will always receive a text notification before we arrive, so you can prepare if needed.

  • Can my dog(s) be in the yard?

We love dogs!  But for safety and efficiency we ask that all dogs be secured indoors or in a separate area of the yard during service time. We'll send a text reminder before arrival so you have time to cooridnate.

  • How do you ensure the safety of my dog(s)?

The health and well-being of your dogs is our top priority. Our equipment and footwear  are cleaned with a kennel-grade disinfectant after every service to help prevent cross-contamination. We also ensure our client's gate is secured before leaving, and provide a photo for added peace of mind.

  • Will you make sure my gate is secured after each visit?

Yes, every single visit. Securing your gate before we leave is a non-negotiable part of our service checklist — not an afterthought.

  • Do you take the dog waste with you?

We do not. The dog waste from the serviced yard is double-bagged and disposed of in the client's trash bin. This is both best practice in the industry and fully compliant with municipal solid waste disposal policies throughout Solano County.

  • How much does service cost?

Pricing can vary and is dependent upon several factors such as number of dogs, frequency of visits, and yard size. Please use our instant quote form to get your personalized price — it only takes a minute.

  • Do you offer one-time cleanups?

Yes. Our One-Time Yard Recovery Cleanup service is a detailed service designed for built-up yards, move-outs, party prep, rental turnovers, or properties that haven't been serviced in a while. Visit our One-Time Yard Cleanups page to learn more or to request a quote to get your yard back to baseline.

  • Do you work in the rain?

Yes — We service yards in light to moderate rain. Dog waste doesn't take a day off, and neither do we. In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or a lightning advisory, we may reschedule your visit and will notify you as soon as possible of the new service day.

  • Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts — ever. Our recurring service runs on a flexible schedule with no commitment period. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your service at any time. We earn your business every single visit.

  • Do you only service grass yards?

No — We service all common residential yard surfaces such as grass, gravel, artificial lawn, bark, concrete, and mixed surfaces. If you have a unique setup, just mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know what to expect.

  • What chemicals do you use?

We use professional kennel-grade disenfectants to protect against bacteria and viruses, as well as a natural deodorizing agent that targets outdoor pet waste and other odors to penetrate the source. Both products are safe when used in accordance with the appropriate manufacturer instructions.
